“I only leave reviews if something out of the ordinary happens with an order. There was an issue with my first order with Hortology. My package was damage whilst with the courier. My issue was resolved with a single message via the Hortology website. I got a quick response telling me how the issue would be resolved, and it was resolved quickly. When the package did arrive it was really well packed. They deserve 5 stars”

“We’d been looking for a cactus if this type for some time and we’re glad, but sceptical, when we found one online. Initially worried it wouldn’t get here in one piece, our fears were alleviated when not only did the cactus arrive in good time, but the packaging was so secure that it wouldn’t be able to shift in place whilst in transit. Great cactus, safe packaging, excellent service.”

“I purchased a large antique brass pot , very reasonably priced, when it arrived it was perfectly packaged. Oh my goodness the product far exceeded my expectations, well made , heavy , perfect in colour and a real show stopper . Arrived really quickly and looks beautiful in my bathroom”
