Very impressed. My String of Hearts plants arrived very well packaged and after unwrapping all of it's 'strings' I was really happy with it's condition. Fingers crossed it stays as happy growing in my home. Reasonably priced too.

Absolutely excellent experience. I ordered two house plants with liners and pots as a gift which were delivered directly to the recipient. Everything arrived perfectly and they were delighted with their present! Highly recommended - would definately use again - thank you :)

My purchase was experimental. Could an online business provide and deliver a healthy plant and fragile pot successfully? The simple answer was yes. I was out when the package was delivered to my “safe place”. Very well packed. Plant in perfect condition. I’m more than happy to recommend and will use again myself.

I placed a few orders with these guys and everything went well. I was happy with the service and the plants. Then I ordered a present for a friend and it never arrived. I realised something seemed off when I was never contacted about it so contacted support and to say they were less than helpful would be an understatement. Was told that I was sent an email to rearrange delivery, even though it was a gift and I gave contact info for my friend. I checked, no email, checked all my folders. Then I found out the courier ( APC) lied about delivery so I contacted them again. I was asked to reconfirm that I did not get the email and all the info that I had already told them. At this point I asked for a refund, I was told the plant was on its way back to them and I would get one once it arrived. That was a week ago, no email, no refund. I hope leaving this review will speed things up. I liked this service before and I hope you improve.

Hi Sarah, We are really sorry that your order was not delivered as expected. As soon as we were aware of the delay, we contacted the courier to put in place the steps to resolve and ultimately arranged a return to sender at your request. We processed your refund upon receipt and are sorry to hear it had not yet reached you by the time of your review, it can take 3-4 working days for your card provider to process. The customer service (kudos to Esther) was outstanding. First off, I had ordered a pot that was too small for my chosen plant - Esther kindly checked this with me before despatching my items. When my pot arrived with a crack, Esther quickly sorted a new one and also helped me with additional items. My plant arrived well boxed and in good condition. Overall I am delighted with the service and products and price - the same plant was on a competitor website for >3 times the price. Will definitely use Hortology again!
