“I'm so glad I discovered this website! I received a beautiful healthy plant and pot that was the correct size! Thank you for all the information on your website, in regards to what size pots are needed and how to look after the little beauties. My plant and pot arrived safely with no damage. “Everything about my experience with Hortology was excellent. Placed the order over a weekend and realised that I wouldn't be at home on the likely delivery date. Dropped customer service a message, which they responded to immediately on Monday morning and they arranged despatch accordingly. Received the plant and pot on the day expected. Great packaging ensuring both plant and pot arrived with no damage. The plant arrived in fantastic condition and,most importantly, my wife is delighted.”

“Our gorgeous planter arrived broken, however a replacement one arrived within a few days. Love my new planter and the customer service is top notch. Would recommend Hortology, have ordered a few pots and never been disappointed.”

“A very professional and helpful service. My Howea forsteriana - Kentia Palm at 1.6m was a large plant and it was well wrapped but sadly one stem of the plant must have suffered some sort of damage as it looks like it is dying unfortunately. (Hence 4 rather than 5 stars) However hopefully the plant will still look good. I was extremely impressed with their email service with my questions being answered very quickly and very clearly.”

“I was very happy with my experience with Hortology. The plant arrived in excellent condition and was also sold at a very good price. It’s not a criticism but I think the box packaging was a bit on the large side. It was a tall cactus plant I ordered, but I think the box could have been half the size it was, but that said my plant was well packed and protected and arrived in excellent condition. Ian 😀”

Very occasionally things do go wrong with delivery partners and as you know we immediately resolved this with you as soon as you made us aware of the issue, offering you the choice of a replacement plant or a full refund. We subsequently provided you with a full refund for your order. “Lovely healthy plants delivered safely. Fantastic service - they only had one last of one of the plants I ordered which was not in top notch condition so I was sent pictures of the plant and could decide whether I wanted to remove it from my order, get it for a discount or replace it with a different plant. Very pleased, 10 out of 10.”

“The plants arrived safe and well-packaged. However not sure what were the conditions of storing them as the leaves were quite covered with soil dust so I had to clean each of them with a damp cloth which I would have done anyway but the amount of dirt was more than I expected.”

“Excellent customer service! I purchased a plant and several months later it began to look diseased. I contacted customer service who replied very quickly and then sent photos for them to assess. I'm delighted to say that the plant has made a full recovery! Thank you so much”
