“I was extremely impressed with the way my plant was packaged, it arrived in perfect condition. It's a lovely, healthy Sansevieria with new shoots coming through. I would certainly buy from you again & would recommend Hortology for house plants.”

“I ordered a smaller pot (Evi - which happens to be my nickname too!) which I loved for an orchid plant. Then I needed a larger pot for a new indoor plant so ordered my namesake again in a larger size. I love the colouring and texture of the pot. And the service from Hortology was incredibly efficient! I'd happily order again.”

“Bought a Lindy ochre plant pot. It was the biggest size. Communication was great. I received an email telling me the pot they had was not perfect. They sent me photos and gave me a choice of waiting for a new pot or a discount on the pot they had. I opted to take the discount. Pot arrived quickly and well packed. The light glaze in parts just adds to the character of the pot. It looks amazing with the plant in it and I am highly delighted.”

“I am really satisfied with the quality of my orders and the service and support provided by HORTOLOGY, I can even say it was the best online shopping experience. It is the first time to buy plants from HORTOLOGY, it would be the same as normal customers, I had no idea about what kind of plants I would receive, what the quality is, or whether the plant might be damaged during the delivery process (because I ordered some pots, some small plants and a relatively big Money Tree), etc. When I completed my order, I received an email from HORTOLOGY Service Team, it said one of my orders needs to wait a while but the rest of the orders are available, they asked my preference whether I want the available orders first, or I want all orders together. Meanwhile, they showed me some clear photos of one pot I ordered and told me about an imperfection in the darker base section as well as provided me with the solutions. Since everything was agreed upon, the email of shipping confirmation also includes a process of 'How to unbox plants', HORTOLOGY has definitely taken customers' expectations and needs into account, to avoid the potential damage of inappropriate action to the plants. When I received my orders, the quality is pretty good, but my selection of pot size may get some problems, they are a bit big for my plants. However, it does not matter to me as the plants will grow. If I will purchase plants, I will undoubtedly choose HORTOLOGY. Details determine everything!”
