“Customer service was excellent, to the extent Hortology emailed me to check pot sizes as they did not match the plant sizes we had ordered. The plants arrived safely packed in a sturdy plant box; they were - and still are! - very healthy and look great in situ. Will definitely use this website again!”

“Ordered a Chinese money plant for my son's girlfriends 21st. I unfortunately put the wrong address on the delivery details quick email and they sorted out my error. Also plant arrived within 2 days excellent. The plant is fab and she is very pleased. Thank you.”
