“Great to be able to get this type of plant online, very robust packaging and tracked accurate delivery time. Plant appears very healthy but one leaf was badly creased / bent double (couldn't have been from the packaging as ample height given) hopefully will heal in time. I fail to see the logic of an included plastic "liner pot" sized 11 x 8cm when the growing pot is actually much bigger at 16cm; it did not appear that this at 99p was optional at the checkout but is entirely useless of course, just add an extra £1 to the plant price? Otherwise a good experience”

“I wanted vegan cacti compost, staff at Hortology were great they contacted supplier for me. very quick delivery too. I have had plants from them before and they are really good. I like that website tells you which plants are pet safe too. excellent service quality goods.”

“Fantastic experience. Very good quality pots at prices that reflect the quality. Unfortunately one was broken but there was no issue with getting a replacement. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to buying some plants next”

“I love Hortology! I found it while searching for cat-safe plants (I have three plant-destroying felines here, I didn't want them to be poisoned) and was so impressed with the plants I bought for myself that now all my friends with birthdays are getting a (pet safe!) plant! And of the two I've gifted so far, both recipients have been really chuffed with their plant gifts. Great service and delivery, and they arrive very safely packed too! Just great!!”

“I was very happy with the delivery, and quality of the plant on arrival. Well packaged and in pretty good condition. Unfortunately I noticed that the soil was rather over saturated so decided to repot. This is when i realised that the 4 cuttings had been potted up still tied together by an elastic band that was buried in the soil. This is awful as it would have slowly strangled the plants roots and lower stems as they grew if not taken out. Otherwise happy with it!”

“Great company and fantastic products. I ordered six plant pots and they were delivered within a few days of ordering. All were packaged very well and arrived safely. The pots themselves are extremely well made and look amazing. I definitely recommend Hortology and will be purchasing more.”
