Hi Ingrid The plant that you ordered is highly susceptible to transit shock as noted on the product description, however they usually settle down once established in their new environment. “I loved my pot and it arrived quickly and safely. I will definitely use them again. They have a great selection of pots and I particularly appreciate the fact that they have non-cement ones because cement is not eco-friendly.”

“Excellent service and great quality plants. I also bought some pots, which are lovely. I made a mistake with the size of pots for the plants I bought, so they contacted me to query this. I think the explanation of plant to pot size could improve , but great company.”

“Whilst the plants have settled well, there was too much tape used to hold them in place for transportation. When removing the tape from each plant, some leaves came away from the plant which is somewhat disappointing.”

Hi Paul We are really sorry to hear about this. We use some tape to hold the plants in position in its transit tray but this should not be on the plant itself and should not result in lost foliage. We will look into how your order was packed to determine if we can do something differently to avoid this happening in the future.
