“Have ordered several pots of varying sizes and plants with Hortology over the past year. All have arrived very securely packaged and the plants are in excellent condition. I inadvertently ordered an incorrect planter and then contacted Hortology who very quickly and efficiently corrected my mistake. I highly recommend.”

Hi Elizabeth Thank you for this feedback. Our plants sizes are based on pot diameter and an estimate of height, however this is only an indication as they do vary throughout the year and by batch. However we would expect the height to be accurate within a reasonable degree of tolerance. Having checked on your order the plant should have been around 20cm in height (including the grow pot). We would be more than happy to look into this further for you if you would drop our customer services team a note and send a photos of the plant received. “Like most people, I take note of the reviews, these can occasionally be misleading. Not in this case, the plant was exactly as described, in beautiful healthy condition and I was kept up to date with delivery details. It arrived carefully packed exactly when I expected it.
