Hi Jennifer Thank you for your review. We offer two types of liner. Our premium liner is high quality “squashy” flexible LDPE plastic (this was the type you have purchased previously). The other option is a simple inlay liner made from Recycled PVC and these were the ones on your latest order, hence the quality difference. “Excellent service and communication from Hortology. They only had one of the pot I'd ordered and Allix emailed me to let me know that it was flawed, offering either an alternative pot or discount on the one ordered. I chose an the same design in a different colour, which was speedy dispatched. My daughter is very happy with her present!”
