“The customer service at Hortology was amazing. They listened and had an absolute super understanding of what my needs were once I discussed them. They have a sound historical knowledge of all kinds of plants Which made it so much easier for me to select the right plants for my environment. The packaging was great. My plants arrived in a well aired plant box. On arrival, my plants were in excellent condition. Hortology kept me well informed at the different stages until my plants were safely in my home. “We love the color of the pot which blends well with the decor. We have to repot the Yucca plant from the existing pot as the base diameter of the new pot is too small (we have to drill holes at the bottom).”
