“I've just discovered Hortology, having ordered houseplants from other online companies, and I can't believe how the value for money, without losing on the size, quality of health of the plants. I ordered two Boston ferns, which are half the price to competitors for the same size, and are both beautifully green and lush. I also ordered a dwarf Cavendish banana, which is in spectacular health, with no leaf damage, even though they are known to be fragile, and is much bigger than I was anticipating. My ordered arrived within the allocated timeframe and it was all safely and sympathetically packaged for the journey. I am most impressed with Hortology and will certainly be ordering from them again. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who hasn't tried them yet, as you won't be disappointed.”

“The clear photos and measurements on the website were great for finding pots to compliment and fit my plants. I ordered 7 different pots/baskets and am delighted with the quality and look of everything. The 3 plants were all healthy on arrival and are still doing well 2 months on. Very happy.”

“Hortology always delivers great quality plants, it’s very easy to track my orders, has a great range of pots to choose from and I love all of the extra information it provides to describe every plant and how to care for it. My personal favourite feature is the one that tells you what size plant pot your plant will fit in!”

“One of the pots I ordered was slightly damaged and so I was contacted - before dispatching - to see whether I would prefer to wait for a new batch or whether I was happy with the damage - which was pictured - and would instead like a small discount. A very practical, forward and honest approach to ensuring items aren't just wasted when damaged. The pots were packaged very well and once the issue was resolved, shipped promptly. All in all a good experience. Thank you.”

“I thought the delivery was very slow, I ordered on the 10th October and received the plants on 19th. I didn't receive any communication to say the order was delayed so assume that is the norm. That said, when the plants did arrive, they were packaged very well and were very healthy looking.”

“Very nice quality products, excellent communication, but best of all, the packaging is spot on. The plant looked like just bought from local garden centre, not dead and in urgent need of dehydration. Makes a change from the usual, ''what is that'', quote when you take it out of the box. Well done Hortology. Reasonably priced too.”

“The website is easy to use, and very helpful with it's recommendations of pot sizes alongside plants! I managed to muck up my pot size, due to my own hubris, but one of your employees by the name of Julia (order reference SO72373) was extremely helpful in helping me find the right pot size. That dedication and attention really made me feel like I was shopping with a company that cared.”
