Hi Ann, we have been trying to contact you by email and phone for the past two weeks. Your necklace was returned to us as our courier doesn't deliver to PO boxes (as we do flag up at the checkout). As we haven't been able to get hold of you, we fully refunded your order four days ago, on 9th October. Please check your spam folder for our emails and to see the refund confirmation. If you would like us to re-send the necklace to you, to an alternative address, please let us know. We want to help and we're sorry that we haven't been able to get through to you. Hi My recent purchase I am very pleased with . However for Christmas I purchased two necklaces for my daughters . They were Mother , Daughter gifts . One of my daughters has told me that her necklace has tarnished even though she has never worn it in the shower and kept it in the box . I paid alot of money for it and am very disappointed.

We responded to all of this customer's emails and called her multiple times, leaving phone messages with details of how to return her jewellery, should she wish to. We have tried to help, but not received any response to our messages.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE :( it was for my Mom's 70th birthday and I put a rush on the order it is now over a MONTH and it is not received. I have no phone number to call from the states. I'm waiting on a response to my inquiry via email about what happened. I was given no shipping or tracking number to track either:( Cara Crimmins

Hi Cara, We are sorry that your parcel was subject to a rare delivery issue with the courier. We provide all customers with tracking via their shipping confirmation and our telephone number is listed on our website. Once we were made aware that your order had not been delivered we worked to get it resolved straight away. We are glad that it was delivered shortly afterwards.
