“I ordered a necklace to celebrate a 70th birthday as a gift for my sister abroad. It was specially made and sent off within the time specified. Then sent by a courier to Australia. My sister was delighted and said she would possibly order something else directly. I could not be more pleased.”

“I reached out about a necklace, and everyone was great in communication as I needed it expedited and the shipping expedited. All of that was great, and I paid for both, and it arrived in plenty of time. unfortunately the insert inside talked about being 60 years old instead of a six year anniversary. Simple mistake or somebody put the wrong thing in, however, when I reached out to say, can either the correct one be sent or else can you just send me a picture and I’ll have it printed locally, I never got a single response. The necklace looks great, but obviously something was dropped during the process. Leaves what could have been as a great experience from a boutique shop to seem too be too busy to notice the details. Happy overall but probably would look elsewhere next time.”

“A very well made piece of jewellery, great skill and effort has gone into making this great gift. The packaging is excellent and well presented. The only negative is that the hole to attach the necklace could be slightly bigger and requires a steady hand and eye to connect it. It did take us several attempts but we managed to get it connected.”

“I ordered the 9kt original "5 links for 5 decades" birthday necklace for my wife and she loved it. I was a little concerned as I was cutting close with the international shipping to the US but the Honey Willow team reached out to me when they read my note in my order about the birthday date request and worked with me to make it happen. I would definitely recommend them to others.”
