“The 2 celebration necklaces that I purchased are absolutely gorgeous. I cannot wait to give one of them to my twin sister on our upcoming 50th birthday in April. I cannot believe how efficient and quick the items were made and shipped to my home address(Canada). I simply love your products and will be showing them off and telling my friends about your company. I also love the personal hand written note . This makes this purchase even better. “I purchased the original 7 links for 7 decades 70th birthday necklace for a special up and coming birthday. Upon receipt I didn’t like the extender chain and just couldn’t initially undo it but once I managed to get it undone the ring meant to fit in to the bolt ring was so small and fiddly and the bolt ring so thick I just couldn’t fasten it. I phoned them up, subsequently returned it and had a completely different chain attached - no extender. Please do away with your extender chains. It was returned immediately and I’m now delighted with it. The service by the team at Honey Willow has been second to none.”

As we mentioned at the time the majority of our necklaces are gifted and the extender chain has been introduced to provide our customers with flexibility on the length. Often it is not easy to guess the length a recipient might need. Our products are constantly reviewed and we have taken onboard your feedback regarding the size of the links used on our extension chains and we will be carrying this foward. “It was a gift for my Besties 50th birthday. Very serendipitously I was on the phone to her when the delivery arrived 3400kms away. It was lovely to see her unwrap the gift and see the joy on her face. The necklace was beautiful and looked exactly as ordered. The wrapping was delightful and thankfully, as I was on the phone to her I could say it was from me. There was no card attached with the extra payment of wrapping. I'm unsure if I missed the part where I could write a message on a card? Overall, I was very pleased with the excellent quality of the necklace and the service. Thank you very much!”

The option is just above the "add-ons" for the giftwrap and express making. This gift note sits within the gift box and is separate to the giftwrap sleeve. “The necklace was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately on the second day of wearing it it apparently came off the lock and off my neck and I lost it. I was devastated. It was the best 70th gift and I have received from my sister.”

“I ordered two items - a bangle with family birthstones and a necklace. Both presents for my wife (birthday and anniversary). Both arrived on time in a secure, robust box, inside of which were two lovely gift boxes tied with a silk ribbon and a personalized note from the makers. I am delighted with the quality of the pieces and the personal service/delivery and my wife loves the bangle (she hasn't had the necklace yet!) It makes such a difference to buy items like this from a family owned jewellers - so much more personal than buying from a large chain. I'd definitely recommend Honey Willow.”

“I had two special birthdays coming up and could not decide what to buy until I came across Honey and Willow .... The customer service was amazing told me when they would be made engraved and posted ! so I ordered online it was very straight forward both gifts arrived before their special days wrapped beautiful and a personal message from the people who had made the items a lovely touch.
