“From the website to the pricing to the customer service, options, hand written note and look of the product almost everything was spot on! The only thing she didn't like was the chain that came with the necklace. It was low quality and very thin. As a suggestion it would be nice if they offered an upgraded chain which I definitely would've purchased. That aside, a wonderful presentation that made for a very beautiful birthday gift. Very happy overall and highly recommend.”
