“Fantastic customer service!! I ordered from overseas & needed the necklace in time for Christmas. The tracking showed it was out for delivery in another country at one stage & then finally on 22nd Dec it said ‘delivered’ but it had clearly gone to wrong address. Ellie, Beth & Jane from Honey Willow have been amazing at trying to chase it up & never delayed in responding to my concerned emails!! I managed to have the parcel find its way to me on 23rd December & the necklace is gorgeous, just perfect and I can’t wait for my daughter to open it on Christmas Day. Thank you Honey Willow for delivering the whole package!! Nicola”

“Sandra and Marina the care that was taken to make my precious 40th necklace and then to top that off the absolutely beautiful way it was packaged just made my day. “Ordered a necklace for my sisters birthday, it initially wasn’t quite right but I contacted Honey Willow, they responded straight away and fixed the problem. In fact their customer service was the best I’ve ever had. The necklace was beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!”
