“I purchased the 3 Sisters Necklace for my elder sister as a 70th birthday present and she was delighted with it. I will buy another for my middle sister when she celebrates her milestone birthday in due course. I couldn't have been more pleased with the necklace and its presentation. I had a couple of queries prior to making my final decision and the customer service was excellent too. An altogether pleasant experience.”

Hi Ann, we have been trying to contact you by email and phone for the past two weeks. Your necklace was returned to us as our courier doesn't deliver to PO boxes (as we do flag up at the checkout). As we haven't been able to get hold of you, we fully refunded your order four days ago, on 9th October. Please check your spam folder for our emails and to see the refund confirmation.
