“The necklace is amazing. My mum loved it. This year, COVID meant we couldn't visit, but she would wear the necklace on special occasions as a reminder that we were there in spirit. The service was fantastic, prompt and clear communication. We are in Australia, so international shipping was needed, and it worked seamlessly.”

“Thank you so much for fast tracking our order when we discovered the perfect gift a little late in the day. “I ordered, at short notice, just prior to Christmas, a 21st birthday present. I ordered a gift from a different range, and asked Honey Willow to ensure that the backing message stated that it was for a 21st, not a 40th... Against all the odds, the right gift was delivered, before time, in a beautiful, accurate gift box. Their communication was excellent - even more so, given the time of year.
