“I received a lovely 50th bracelet, engraved for my best friends birthday, unfortunately it’s too small for her (was fine for me!) I will need purchase a bigger one! Please can you advise best course of action. Many thanks”

“I was incredibly pleased with the swiftness of completing my online order and shipment to the US. Thank you! Beautiful earrings for my mother's 80th birthday. One note: The french wire is quite small--the earring rubs the bottom of her earlobe. Is there a way to incorporate a larger french wire? Also, loved the gift packaging and special note!”

Hi Kristi, Thank you for your valuable feedback, we have not had this commented on before and these are a bestselling product for us. I wonder if a member of your family could take a photo of the earring in your mother's ear so we can see the issue? You could mail it jewellery@honeywillow.com. We don't have larger earwires but there is potential to adjust by added a couple of extra rings before the hook to make the earrings hang lower?
