“We found Honey Willow online when we were looking for coral earrings to commemorate our 35th anniversary. They have been super helpful, in emails, order and delivery stages. I like how they let you know who made them. They seem a lovely team of people working there. Will try and go into the shop if we arrive in opening hours. Thank you muchly.”

“The Honey Willow team are amazing! Wanting to make my moms 60th birthday special, I came across the "60 links necklace" and knew this would be a keepsake gift. I made the customizations i wanted and ordered, only to realize there were different sizes to the links, an 'original size' versus a 'petite size'. Slightly panicked i reached out to the team, asking them the size difference, if i was still able to change the order etc. The team were amazing and got back in touch soo quickly. They were super helpful in answering all my questions and I everything was sorted no problem. The actual jewellery itself is so precious and my mom absolutely loved it! Definitely a one of a kind. Thank you Honey Willow.”

“Beautiful necklace, very delicate. Bought as a graduation gift for my daughter, I haven’t given it to her yet but I’m sure she will love it! Great service and as she went to university of Bath I thought it was nice to get something local.”

“Staff have a pleasant, helpful manner on the telephone. My order was dealt with very efficiently. The necklace came with a normal, adjustable chain as per my request, since the recipient has a pacemaker. It arrived nicely packaged with a little personalised note. Delivery was faster than I expected.”

“I first stumbled upon Honey Willow several years ago when I was looking for a special gift for a friend. Flash forward to May 2024 and I have purchased AT LEAST half a dozen pieces! I can’t say enough how wonderful this company is … the jewellery is lovely, the presentation delightful and the hand written notes are charming. My most current order was made by Marina, Beth and Meg who did a fabulous job creating the pieces, beautifully packaging the items and shipping them out expeditiously. Honey Willow is my “Go To” place for exceptional gifts and if I ever get to Bath, England it will be my first stop! XO”
