“I was looking for a 50th Birthday gift for a friend. Clicked on your website and was very pleased with the choice of gifts on offer. I particularly liked the idea of the necklace with five links for each decade so I went ahead and ordered this. It arrived in a nice presentation box with a nice personal message from Honey Willow, and the necklace itself was really, really lovely. My friend has not received it yet as her birthday is next month, but I know she will love it. This gift was definitely the right choice. Thank You Honey Willow .”

“Great customer service. And I love my necklace.The chain broke while riding my bike. I lost the rings on my 60th birthday necklace. I was so upset. I order a new one. They gave me a refund for the new one I ordered. So thankful because it was a gift from my daughter . What a great company! Highly recommend. Very quick to respond also.”

“I purchased a silver Coral Anniversary Necklace for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. I made the order rather late in the day, we were due to go away on holiday on the day of our anniversary, but explained my timings on the order form and was delighted to receive the gift in time for our departure. My wife was extremely happy with the gift, thank you. I requested the item gift wrapped and was delighted to see the personal little touches that are included within, from the names of those who make the item to the note wishing us a happy anniversary. A very satisfied customer and I will certainly look to purchasing further items from you.”

“Service and delivery were fantastic and very quick. Packaging is beautiful. The earrings I bought for a special gift are beautiful and the design and craftsmanship is amazing. Honey Willow are prompt in their communication and warm and friendly. Being able to add a personalised message as part of the packaging is a lovely gesture as makes it more special. I definitely highly recommend them.”

“Perfect handmade present for a friends 30 - went above and beyond to get it out to us in time before the plats jubes bank holiday - hopefully the next time we are in Bath we can pop in and have a look in the shop.”
