“I bought the 9 rings for 9 decades necklace for my mums 90th birthday on 18th January. She absolutely loved it. The service was exceptional as I received the parcel after 8 days after ordering in Australia! Personal service with a handwritten birthday wish as well.”

“Called in while we were in Bath to look at earrings that we had seen on line. Unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock but were able to look at similar sized hoops and were told that they make what we were looking for in their workshop. They were very helpful and we ordered a pair while we were there and they arrived a few days after. Great service and my wife loves the fabulous earrings. We would definitely recommend Honey Willow.”

“This was my third order from Honey Willow and it was an exceptional service, I only placed my order the weekend before Christmas and the website was already saying that there was no fast track available and orders would not be processed before Christmas but to my surprise the item necklace arrived before Christmas.”

“Amazing service, quick turn around and kept in touch. The gift was for my best friends wedding, a gift from her bridesmaids. I’m a disorganised mess and left it so close to the day. These wonderful humans picked up the panic in my note to them and dropped me an email the day after I placed the order to confirm they’d have it ready in time! Which put my mind at ease and when her bracelet arrived not only was stunning, there wasa personalised note from the team to say happy wedding day, which was so thoughtful.
