“I ordered a necklace for my mums birthday. I live in Australia so I ordered a few weeks in advance to ensure it arrived on time. The tracking number stopped working close to the estimated arrival but it arrived earlier than I expected anyway. Carolina went out of her way to email me to ensure I received it because of the tracking not working, which was very thoughtful.”

“Good communication and efficient ordering process. Clear and easy to use website. Unfortunately, one point must be deducted because the item was not as depicted in the description since the internal birthday message inside the box was missing.”
