“Good communication and efficient ordering process. Clear and easy to use website. Unfortunately, one point must be deducted because the item was not as depicted in the description since the internal birthday message inside the box was missing.”

“Though the item is well made and has some quality I would liked to have the opportunity of a bigger central coral to show the 35th anniversary part and the rings to be a touch thicker but I do like the jewellery and I am sure my wife will love it when I give it to her”

We responded to all of this customer's emails and called her multiple times, leaving phone messages with details of how to return her jewellery, should she wish to. We have tried to help, but not received any response to our messages.
