“My package was lost and Beth was fabulous to work with. She refunded my money and investigated as best she could to assist in finding the gift I purchased. She replied alomost immdiately to every email. I cannot say enough about this business and the customer service they provide. In the end the package was found and the bracelet is stunning. Great quality and craftmenship. I highly recommend Honey Willow.”
