“Necklace arrived very quickly, and recipient was pleased with it. Just disappointing that on a trip to Bath I was unable to buy the item from the shop there and then”

We try to make this clear on our website. Sometimes customers reach out to us before to enquire about a piece and we can make sure we have something ready to show them, but we understand this can't always be the case on a spontaneous trip. “I purchased a 50th birthday necklace for a friend and she loved it! It’s beautiful and seems to be of great quality. I paid extra for the expedited production and shipping and it arrived to me in the USA within a few days! The packaging itself was lovely also. Thank you Honey Willow!”
