“Very professional and fast service. Order process was simple and intuitive and the gift arrived wrapped with care. I liked that there was a note inside the package telling me a little more about who made and prepared the gift - a nice touch. My wife loved the gift. I will def be back for more from Honey Willow.”

“I purchased two sets of earrings for my daughter snd granddaughter, they are exactly as shown and are exquisite. I’m beyond happy. One minor thing however, neither set has back post guards. I was able to find a few to use so I installed them on each set. However, it meant I had to completely remove each set from the packaging for which I paid extra. Regardless I’m very happy with my purchases and will most definitely use Honey Willow again. Maybe even this June when I will be in the British Isles on vacation.”

Hi Marilyn, Thank you for your feedback. We have sent you a direct message. We are sorry to hear that the rubber backs for the hooks were missing. They are usually beneath the foam in a small bag. “Great company to work with! All communications with staff were timely! Ordered two necklaces, and they are beautiful! Since engraving wasn't an option on necklaces I elected to purchase, did request personalized messages inside gift boxes, also purchased. Unfortunately, gift boxes did not contain these personalized messages.”

We had quite a few emails back and forth before you purchased, but your order has a note written by you that says to use the standard wording for the gift notes so this is what we would have actioned.
