“Absolutely first class service provided by Tom who conducted an extremely comprehensive survey of my property. Several serious issues on my new build have been identified. I paid extra for the boroscope examination which identified significant voids in my insulation and I would highly recommend taking this option. Overall a fantastic service and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.”

“Better service than I could have ever anticipated. Extremely thorough, very friendly and took the time to explain the process, any faults and possible solutions to offer to the house builders. Overall, I would highly recommend getting a snagging inspection for a new property, and you cannot go wrong using the services of HomeSnag. Small price to pay for peace of mind and a detailed report which is easy to follow for the builders”

“Very pleased with the Homesnag service. Booking was easy and the surveyor turned up on-time and took 4 hours to do the comprehensive survey - we also chose the optional thermographic analysis, which I'm glad we did as there was missing insulation in our new-build home! Homesnag identified 149 documented snags in our new property, which I am now working with the house builder to rectify. Money very well spent!! Very pleased to recommend this service to others buying a new home.”

“I was extremely happy with the service. The surveyor was very thorough and the report was extremely comprehensive and helpful. The report was sent through very promptly the same day as the survey was carried out and Gareth has responded to additional queries very promptly too. An excellent service that really gives peace of mind. Worth every penny!”

“Tom from HomeSnag was excellent. He was polite and professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable about all relevant rules and regulations. The final report was very clear and thorough and made the snagging list handover (with the developer) simple and straightforward. The use of thermal cameras and the roof photos caught things we couldn’t have spotted ourselves. Having a thorough and professional report gave us more confidence when discussing the snags with developer. We will definitely recommend HomeSnag to anyone purchasing a new build.”

“We had a great experience with HomeSnag. I booked HomeSnag survey for two weeks after competion date as there was no time availability. However my builder (Taylor Wimpey) only gave a week to give them the snagging report. I contacted to HomeSnag and they really tried hard and was able to arrange me a date earlier. That really saved us. We are also very happy with the Survey itself and surveyor Lee. He spent a good deal of time and did a very thorough check both inside and outside. He especially found a broken tile which is pretty difficult to pick up even with a camera on the roof. We are overall very happy with the HomeSnag service and exceptional customer service.”

“Gareth was superb, completing this pre-completion snagging report on our new build in a very thorough and timely manner, holding Bovis to account as necessary. The turnaround time for this extremely clear report was beyond the call of duty, enabling us to forward to Bovis on the same day. We loved the aerial photos, the thermal inspection (which gave us peace of mind) and Boroscope check, clear summary, and starred items to indicate really crucial areas. The developer had no choice but "to get it sorted" to enable us to move in on 19th December with clear knowledge and agreement of any outstanding points. Overall stress free and well worth the money.”

“Brilliant service both before and after the Snag Report - a very thorough Report that will save us a lot of future bother. The developers are now action-ing the various points. So worthwhile and good value for money. Don't buy a new house without a Snag Report, and I'd highly recommend this company!”

“The surveyor was incredibly thorough and extremely helpful when asking advice.
