He completed a thorough inspection of our home and took the time to show and explain some of the issues he found to us during the inspection. The report issued following the inspection was very clear and easy for the developer to understand.”

“The post-completion survey undertaken for us by HomeSnag was very thorough and identified over seventy issues which we had overlooked in our own snagging. The report helpfully highlighted those considered to be urgent or significant. We now have assurance that our house was (thankfully) well built on the whole plus the evidence to take to the builder's Customer Care department for the resolution of the residual issues.”

“Amazing service all round and thank god I did the survey with HomeSnag! They found so many faults with my new home, which the developer has 30 days to fix. I would recommend anyone to do the same, especially the PCI report, and especially with HomeSnag”

“HomeSnag offers a decent price for the snagging survey. The content covers details in various aspects, from structure of the flat to appearance and usability. My surveyor Dominic found multiple spots that a common person would not be aware of. The whole survey process was smooth yet flexible. I have quite a few on going works on the survey date, and the surveyor is able to do all the assessments in the background. The digital report and videos are so useful to guide my development on-site team to fix the snags. Totally worth the money and peace of mind.”
