“We had a problem with a basket of flowers arriving Sat 28 Jan and showing signs of dying this morning Mon 30 Jan. I emailed my concerns along with 5 photos to customer services. Jo sent an apology within the hour and arranged for a new basket of flowers to arrive tomorrow. How good is that for customer service!! They never let us down, and flowers are always stunning. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Slight issue on one the flowers arrangements but I have to say this was rectified quickly so will definitely use them again. And also recommend them to anyone. Laura was a lovely lady to deal with and very thoughtful considering I'm not feeling great at present and she was very gracious to send me a lovely get well gift which I was so happy with when it arrived today. “I've ordered flowers from Homelands for various occasions in recent years. The flowers always arrive promptly and are extremely fresh - lasting nearly 2 weeks sometimes. Great value when compared to other 'national/international' florists I have used before- I won't go anywhere else.”

“Having found this family run florist online I ordered flowers for my aunt's 80th birthday. Within 2 minutes of placing the online order Homeland Florist rang to suggest the flowers would travel better in a vase than the arrangement I'd requested. This they did and my aunt was very pleased to receive them. Having seen the flowers myself the following day I was impressed at the number of blooms and also their quality. Great value for money and service I suspect you'd not get elsewhere. Will use them again.”

“Ordered 100 roses for my Mother in laws 80th Birthday they arrived boxed up in perfect condition, it was such a pleasure to put them in a vase for everyone to admire they were really lovely. Will definitely order again knowing they will arrive on time and in perfect condition.”
