“I ordered some flowers from you for a friends birthday ,might I add a very fussy friend , she called me to say they were absolutely stunning .Have to be honest I’ve always used interflora or M&S ,both had slim pickings at this time . I will most definitely recommend you to others and will be using you for all bouquets in the future . Thank you”

“I ordered some flowers for my my mum as I cannot see her during this time. She rang me up in tears saying how beautiful they were. Even my Dad commented how lovely they were. Thankyou so much for cheering her up. Will definitely use you all the time now.”

“I got a phone call from my mother-in-law when she received her flowers, she was overwhelmed, in tears, and said she has never had flowers like them delivered, that they were absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition. That's the greatest recommendation I can think of, that the flowers brought such joy when they were delivered. Thank you, all at Homeland Florists, for making a lovely lady so happy.”

“Ordered flowers on the 10th Feb for the 13th February which was confirmed to me. I have now received a message saying they will not be delivered until the 14th which is no use to me what so ever Do not trust this company when they say the date of delivery. Very angry and unhappy”

“On the Amazon site it said "free next day delivery". In fact they did not arrive until 2 days later. Reason given by amazon was that my bank had not cleared the payment until later in the day (rubbish - I paid by credit card). Reason given by Homeland Florists that they had a 2.00 p.m. cut off point. Nowhere did they say this. I would NEVER use them again. Very unsatisfactory.”

“A HUGE thank you to all at Homeland. I ordered some tropical flowers to decorate a wedding cake. Everyone was so helpful as I needed to order extra birds of paradise flowers. The flowers were beautiful and really enhanced the cake. The bride and groom were delighted. I will certainly order from you again.”

“When ordering a floral tribute I was most specific about the colour scheme and particular flowers I wished to have. The actual tribute bore little or no resemblance to that ordered, which has left me feeling I have not paid my proper respects to the deceased. I will not use them again.”

Good Morning, We are pleased that you were happy with our flowers. There are a few ways to include a message with the order. When the product is in your basket, there will be a box you will have to select , which allows you to add in your message. I believe this is ' Tick for a gift' Box. If you have forgotten this, you can always email the message 'contact seller' on Amazon, and we will always add the message, providing the flowers haven't already been collected by the courier.

“If you are happy then all is fine. However if you have an issue do not expect any customer service at all. I emailed twice and also wrote a follow up letter regarding my disappointment, never received so much as an acknowledgement! Finally wrote to the director Laura Hutchings whose personal mantra states "As the Company Director, I am steadfast in my commitment to maintaining the core morals of our family’s business - dedicated to ensuring that each and every customer of ours receives the best customer service experience and value" - NO RESPONSE!”

“First started sourcing plants and flowers from Homeland in 1974 and continued to until we moved to Scotland in 1987. Now with their mail order service we are again able to buy from them. They have never in all that time disappointed us. Brilliant!!!”
