“Flowers/Price/Customer service = 10/10. My only issue is with the ‘DPD Courier Service’ delivery drivers; my advice to people is to pay the extra for ‘personal signed delivery’ as on 2 separate occasions, i’ve politely said in the DPD delivery notes ‘NOT to be left outside front door’ but on both occasions they’ve just dumped them outside on the busy public footpath. 1st time they got pinched! (Homelands kindly replaced them immediately) 2nd occasion DPD again sent a photo of them dumped outside front door, again saying ‘left in porch’ (there is no porch: see attached photo!) which caused me unnecessary stress all day but thankfully the flowers didn’t get pinched this time! The DPD drivers just ignore any delivery advice notes which really annoys me! Bottom line is; a great flower company but crappy couriers (but all couriers are the same; not Homelands fault)”

“When it comes to sending flowers to my Mum for her birthday, Mothers' day, etc., Homeland Florists are my automatic go-to as they provide a 5* service every single time. In all the years that I've used them they've not once let me down. Also, their product quality is second to none! I sent a Carnation Bouquet to Mum for her birthday in mid-January 2023 and a whole month later they still looked great! Mum was delighted. I can fully recommend Homeland Florists!! They really do deserve the business.”

“I forgot to click that I wanted the flowers delivered, rang this morning to be told the next slot would be tomorrow, but in the end the lovely gentleman I spoke to and the driver managed to get them delivered in time for a birthday. Great service and the flowers were a hit! Really appreciate it, thank you!”
