“Friendly, helpful staff who I trust completely to manage my property. They are very prompt to contact me when there’s an issue and they arrange tradespeople to sort out any work needed quickly (and at reasonable prices.) I am very happy with the service they provide. My only small criticism would be that they could be quicker to issue invoices and inspection reports to the document portal for me to download.”

Hello and thank you for your email. We have identified that the invoicing system required changing and I'm pleased to say as of August the new system will be going 'live'. This will enable landlords to download the invoices and will ensure all landlords receive text alerts to inform them that the rent is going into their account. Thank you again for the feedback.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Being independent feedback of any type is always appreciated. We did qualify the original purchaser although unfortunately he decided to tie his sale in going against what he agreed. Frustrating I agree but out of our control. “After using the services of Home Estate Agents, I feel they were very professional, concise, took good photography to enhance the selling of my home, extremely helpful and friendly, kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the sale and were very efficient at all times. I would recommend them to others and if I were ever to sell again, I would use Home without hesitation.”

“Kirsty Stringer (Urmston office) has gone over and above what I expected from an estate agent. She’s made my first experience of buying AND selling a house a doddle. From finding a buyer for my property within hours of it being available, to picking up negotiation conversations when I was unavailable overseas or in meetings at work. She even helped out with communication with my own solicitor by decoding a lot of his jargon for me. Thanks for taking the stress out of property sales. I’ll definitely be using Home (and hopefully Kirsty) next time I’m in the market. Thanks again”
