“Throughout the process Home Estates have been in constant communication with us, without the advice and support of Dawn we would not have completed in the time we did, chasing up solicitors to mitigate pressure on us. They are not the ‘typical’ estate agents, they understand the pressures involved and show patience and understanding throughout. We cannot recommend them enough.”

“Warning Landlords do not seek the services of the Andrew Reeves Countrywide Beckenham Branch. You will regret it. Don't do it. Millie Bowley and Feyi are totally incompetent. They are liars too as is the regional manager James Arnold. They took my money and have not provided ANY service in return, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PENNY IN RENT 6 m in. I'm in financial ruin thanks to them. They couldn't care less. I asked for assistance and they flat out refused. Tried to fob me off. Covering up their screwups. They have each other's backs so watch out. They do not vigorously reference check potential tenants, nor can they spot fake documents when presented with them. Hopeless. This Agency even allows the fraudster tenants) to charge back rent without any difficulty and don't even alert the Landlord. They don't even bother informing the bank there is a tenancy in place they just allow tenant to go ahead & take back all monies paid. I believe Agent in on it. They are fraudsters, scammers. I'm about to borrow & start legal proceedings. Review Title* Warning Landlords Fraudsters Scam Agent”

“We were thrilled with the service Home Estate Agents provided when it came to selling our property. Nick was brilliant right from the start - really understood our needs. The house sold within days and throughout the process he remained incredibly supportive, insightful and approachable. He’s been a brilliant communicator and conduit between us and our buyers. “Excellent customer service! The sale of my property was delayed due to a water burst causing damage to ceiling. As I do not live in the area it would have been difficult to arrange repair. However Dawn arranged for contractors to attend to obtain quotes for the work and to ultimately have the work done. She kept me updated with developments and virtually managed the problem on my behalf which I feel was excellent customer service.”

“We would thoroughly recommend Home Estate Agents. They were extremely professional and super friendly, helpful and the communication was excellent. Selling your home is supposed to be stressful but Nick and his team at the Monton office took away all the stress - brilliant team and we’re so glad we decided to sell through them. Best estate agents ever!”
