“Excellent customer service! The sale of my property was delayed due to a water burst causing damage to ceiling. As I do not live in the area it would have been difficult to arrange repair. However Dawn arranged for contractors to attend to obtain quotes for the work and to ultimately have the work done. She kept me updated with developments and virtually managed the problem on my behalf which I feel was excellent customer service.”

“We would thoroughly recommend Home Estate Agents. They were extremely professional and super friendly, helpful and the communication was excellent. Selling your home is supposed to be stressful but Nick and his team at the Monton office took away all the stress - brilliant team and we’re so glad we decided to sell through them. Best estate agents ever!”

“We came to hand in our keys as our tenancy was due to finish in two days. The issue was that the place was shut 40 minutes before it was due to shut and we made a specific journey just for this. We were also told by the agents what the closing time was so there should have been no reason for them to close so early. This is an inconvenience and should be resolved by having staff work there at the dedicated times that are mentioned on the website/Google.”
