“The process of ordering and receiving our confirmation emails was fine. However, when we were having problems receiving the product was the issue. Contacting the Home Done team was simple and straightforward but trying to then have a contact for the delivery company in order to re-arrange the delivery (because they had cancelled) was a huge problem because they also didn't have the a contact which made things very difficult and caused the process of receiving our goods much longer. I definitely think this should be looked at closely for a better customer experience.”
“The heavy item could not be delivered on a day I was home, therefore I had to lift the large awkward and very heavy glass item on my own. Not the best idea when I am only 5ft as is the unit. UNBELIEVABLE!!!”
