“I bought a cat tree recently from Home Done. Didnt know what to expect as i never purchased anything from them. The price and the design were both attracrive to me so i went for it.
It arrived just in about two days(way sooner than expected), assembling was easy with the instructions, took me about 15-20 min and my kitten fell in love with it from the first sight :D couod not ask for anything more!

“Had to wait in for three days . We had dates and times on phone for delivery’s. Never turned up. Then had to put our item together ourselfs took for ever .Not the best quality item . Snags on material. Very disappointing x😢”

“Originally the sand pit was advertised at £70 but after I had placed the order and paid I was advised this was an updating error on the sellers site, so the order was cancelled by Home Done. The error was soon rectified and I was notified by Home Done. However, I had been told my money for the first order would be refunded, assuming this was in process, I reordered at the amended price costing £8 more, but this was still a good price in comparison to other sites. I was then told I could have simply paid the extra £8 as the refund had not been processed. So to date I have paid £148.90 and I am still waiting for a refund for my first payment which could take 5-6 working days. So still waiting for the refund which hopefully will be received by the beginning of next week.
I am unable to comment on the sandpit yet as it's a birthday present for my grandson, so hopefully I'll know more about that in a few weeks.
Home Done were helpful and informative, a shame I reordered before being told my refund hadn't been processed after all, otherwise they'd have got 5 stars.”
“The two sunloungers and accompanying table were delivered very quickly and easily assembled. They were reasonably priced and comfortable to lay on. We’ll get many relaxing days in the summer. We recommend them for all the above reasons.”
