“The sofa bed arrived on time and without any issues. The material and the foam are of very good quality and it's very soft and comfortable to sit or to lay on. The only drawback I can see is with the cushion that supports your back, is that it isn't very strong because it's only held in place with Velcro. However, if you place the sofa bed against a wall, it will give your back more support.”
“Damaged box damaged and broken item. Messaged then 10 mins after received it. Customer service is horrible they don’t listen and shout at you down the phone. Took forever for delivery was promised next day. Received it days later damaged oil drenched the box. Tried to load pictures and videos. When I do the submit button disappears funny that. Without picture loading proof guess they think no pictures we must be lying well I have both video and picture proof. This item is faulty. And I’m having to jump through hoops to get refund. Now I will probably have to pay to send it back”
