“The process of ordering and receiving our confirmation emails was fine. However, when we were having problems receiving the product was the issue. Contacting the Home Done team was simple and straightforward but trying to then have a contact for the delivery company in order to re-arrange the delivery (because they had cancelled) was a huge problem because they also didn't have the a contact which made things very difficult and caused the process of receiving our goods much longer. I definitely think this should be looked at closely for a better customer experience.”
“If you can't say something good, say nothing. Sorry, the service was so bad I have to say something, so HomeDone can change their poor service. The web site says 'FREE UK Mainland Delivery'. I live on an Island but tried their postcode checker, which said 'free postage'. I ordered and paid, got the confirmation email, then heard nothing for some time. I phoned to ask how the order was progressing and was told that they didn't deliver to islands. In a way this is fair enough, as the website does say free mainland delivery, but the postcode checker did say free delivery, and it took my phone call querying the situation for them to say so. They asked for a mainland postcode. I have a head office, which is definately on mainland GB, who agreed to take delivery if I sent it to them and I could collect next time I visited. Time passed and there was still no delivey to my mainland GB post code. Another phone call to HD. There is a delivery chare to that mainland post code. No thank you, I would like a refund. After I asked for the refund HD phoned many times, but when I answered the phone would go dead and I would immediately recieve an email from them saying thay had phoned but I hadn't answered. When I eventually got through HDs operative wanted to explain why there was a devivery charge despite the website saying 'FREE UK Mainland Delivery' I explained I wasn't interested in paying a delivery charge and insisted on a refund. It took a further couple of phone calls by me to recieve my refund.
So Home Done. Your communications are bad. And if you say 'FREE UK Mainland Delivery' mean it. The mainland is the mainland. Remote areas are still part of the mainland. The spotter in me wants to point out that the United Kingdom is Great Britain and Northern Ireland, so if you are not delivering to Northern Ireland, you should not use UK or United Kingdom on your website.”

I have never experienced anything like this before. I purchased a very expensive wardrobe with 2 hanging rails. They delivered it and assembled it but the delivery person said the warehouse operative only put in 1 hanging rail, just call customer service and they will send it out in a few days.
I called them and they informed me they cannot help; it all has to be done on an online form. I completed the online form which started an email chain which would last over 4 months and around 60 emails. I was mostly liaising with Moiz Ejaz who informed me that the hanging rail would be sent. Then I was informed they needed to contact the depot for this to happen. Then I was informed that they had run out of stock of the hanging rail (yet it was still for sale online). Then I requested a refund and that I will go out and buy one myself, I was told refunds were NOT POSSIBLE?! Then they did sent one, weeks later, it arrived damaged. Then they said they need to reorder more stock. I had to use Resolver to manage the complaint for me as Home Done kept lying and fobbing me off. The whole 4 months it was me chasing them after days or week of not hearing anything, I was left with a wardrobe that only was in use 50% due to the missing rail. The simplest of tasks was to send out 1 hanging rail ended up being an absolute nightmare experience. I certainly will never be dealing with them again and I hope after reading this review, that you all don't want that displeasure either.”

“Table very nice. But the middle support Bar is cm to short! Had to use extra long screws and black plastic washers to build it up so it would all reach and the table wouldn’t bend. But service was great came a day early! 😃 but lovely table”
