“I ordered 2 parasols. I received one. After contacting Homedone I received the second one, which was damaged. I had to send a picture of the damage, which I struggled with. Once this was done I received the replacement very quickly.”

You can't get through to them by phone .

I did eventually get my money back through my bank by raising a dispute.

“Homedone’s customer service were prompt at responding to my queries, however, I had to chase the delivery of the wardrobe up, as the communication from the delivery company was poor; they called to say they would deliver one day, and I altered my arrangements to allow for it, and then they didn’t turn up and didn’t even call to say they weren’t coming!... Then, after chasing it, they delivered a week later, and only called on the day they were delivering, with no email or call before, so it was a good job I happened to be home that day! Although the delivery was expected in 7-14 days, I actually waited 3 weeks in the end, however, the delivery guys were friendly and the wardrobe is great, apart from having to glue some pieces that didn’t have fixings which seemed a clumsy design, and there was not enough glue supplied; and some fixings were in the wrong place on the doors and had to be adjusted to make the doors fit properly, but overall it is a good quality item and nice looking. If the communication was improved and the delivery more reliable, the service would be much better overall.”
“Product was delivered damaged, not from poor packaging or delivery handling but extremely poor build quality. Photos sent to customer care at Home Done, receipt acknowledged and dealt with courteously and efficiently”
“Although Home Done was the cheapest price online, I did not receive a confirmation email once I'd made my purchase, I only had contact about my delivery from the manufacturer, not Home Done, so I was not aware my purchase was even ready to be delivered, despite the website stating that they would be in contact with me about the delivery. Overall fairly poor service.”

“I asked for delivery between 7am to 5pm as its being delivered to my work, they tried to deliver at 6.30pm not there. Someone called me and asked if I received the goods and alas that was 2 weeks ago and no goods.”
“Initially only box 1 of 2 was delivered but they dealt with the missing box pretty efficiently and it arrived soon after. Both deliveries were within the times stated.”

Delivery took over 3 weeks. Correspondence was next to nothing!I never got a definitive shipping or arrival date for my order.
I had to chase everything up. Couldn’t track order. Order finally came .... BROKEN!and to top it off delivery man took a Stanley knife to my glass sliding bedroom doors to ‘get rid’ of the scratches which turned out to be cracks!

“I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive and your customer service is dealing with this but l do not hold high hopes of this getting to me within the next month. I will right a review when l receive my purchase, so far the delivery company that you use have not once contacted me to deliver even though you team had confirmed it was to be delivered on 24th April where l lost a day's work because it did not arrive. It is now 1st June and l am still waiting for my garden set l ordered and paid for on 4th April and now your customer service team are not even answering my email. All l know is the ladies name is Kate L. So as for a review l am quite in my rights to say very poor, will not recommend you to my friends or in fact anyone l know and am seeking legal advice now.”
