“I think home done are very good at communicating with the customer,I made a mistake with a lovely sofa which by the way was at a very affordable cost I contacted them about the error I made I chose left and needed it to be right( comer sofa) they was very quick in getting back to me and they have changed my order, which I thought was a very kind to do I am still waiting for my sofa which is still within the estimated time but due to this error I made it may take a bit longer to be delivered but that’s ok as I did make a error when ordering. Thank you home done and I can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.”

“I ordered an easel for my 18 month old granddaughters Christmas present. She opened it on Boxing day and straight away my son started to assemble it. Unfortunately there were a couple of parts missing that are required to hold paper. I informed Faizan who sent me the link to the relevant department. They were unable to get the parts but Faizan offered me a sum of £8. I refused this as this wouldn't solve the problem so Faizan sent me a brand new easel within a few days. I was delighted with the service and would not hesitate to order from this again. Also the communication was brilliant and I felt listened to and that nothing was too much trouble. Well done.”
