“No problem with Home Done but A complaint about the VIDAXL.com plastic garden cupboard which is not fit for purpose and I wish I’d hadn’t wasted my money. Took ages to make only to find that the doors are so badly fitting that they don’t reach the magnetic catches so consequently the doors don’t stay shut. I’ve emailed a complaint and will be interested to see their response”
“Ordered from Home done as the bedframe I wanted was the cheapest from here. Delivery was unfortunately 2 days later than the estimated delivery time frame they had supplied when ordering so we had a king size mattress laying on its side in the room for a couple of days until we got the bed delivered. Other than this the product is lovely, delivery was fine and communication from the company was great.”

Assembly took little longer than I thought. The hinges for the seat were a little tricky to align, but managed it; as were the 'hinges / stopper' for the seat when you lift it up.
That said, once completed, nice little window seat. I bought the black faux-leather which blended in well with my grey sofa.”
“Delivery day was a little confusing as I had to chase for an update. The product itself is very good, looks great and it's very spacious. The instructions are not quite correct and doesn't match fully, the door handles can't be screwed in with the screws provided.”
“I purchased two floating bedside drawers in concrete grey for the spare room. They were a little tricky to put together, but once they were, they were ideal. Great colour.”
“The chair is good, in general, but it seems to be not suitable for a 6-month-old, who can't sit independently yet. And it's quite hard to remove or attach the tray. However, we won't be returning it back, as those issues aren't major.”
