“Comms was good, delivery good but the item was faulty and i changed my mind, after they offered to replace the part (to be fair) they then offered me a refund minus £33 for postage back! Not quite the money back guarantee they advertise…. The item was built but easily disassembled for resale. How do you know if you like something whilst in a box.. you have to build it! Make sure you reread the small print before you buy. It took 34 emails & over 2 weeks before i received my 70% refund.”

“I ordered a hanging shoe organiser. The item arrived promptly but in my view is not fit for purpose and not as advertised. I only take a size 5 (UK) which is average, so it was a surprise to me that my shoes don't fit into the pouches. It should've been advertised for childrens' shoes.”

“I ordered a bed in early december for christmas and was told the iem will be delivered in 5 working days. I diod not hear anything so called them on the 6th working day to be told that my delivery was lost in the post and the bed was out of stock. I was told to choose an alternative which i did and got 5% off. I was promised that the manufacturer was instructed to process my order urgently and could expect it by chrismas. I did not hear back so called customer services on the 23rd. I spoke to a lady who was defensive and rude and told me to be patient. I called again and spoke to a different lady who was equally rude and told me to be understanding because I have got a 5% discount. I slept on the floor for christmas for a few days. I got a text from the manufacturer who informed me of a delivery date of 29th. The manufacturer said the order was not marked as urgent or priority by Home done so standard sale procedure was followed. The 2 star ratings is for the bed as it is of decent quality. However the false promises and lies told by customer services is a major put off to order from them again.”

I have previously purchased these from another supplier & have had them for many years, however it is debatable how long yours will last. The original ones are the same dimensions, however the wood is much thicker & the grooves for locking everything together are much deeper than yours making the final article a lot stronger.
In my opinion your bin is very flimsy & I cannot see it last 15 years like my original ones have.”
“It took 2days to assemble,poor diagram and video.it will really benefit to add home service assembly charge to the price or separately as wood is very heavy and requires 2-3 strong persons to fix,also having wheels can make it easy to move and adjust to good position”
