“Not happy. First time I have decided to shop away from Amazon. Ordered a wardrobe for my son's bedroom. Several panels turned up cracked. Tried to call to speak to someone and stayed on hold then gave up. Emailed, and applied for a refund. Waiting to hear back as to whether I throw the wardrobe panels on the skip or if it will get picked up. In the meantime, my son's bedroom which should have been finished for his birthday looks like a jumble sale with clothes waiting to be put away.”
“I decided that I wasn't going to use Amazon again and deleted my account. That is what bought me to Home Done. I shop with small local shops, so why not do so on line?
The bench I ordered is as described and a good heavy quality and arrived early. The price was competitive with Amazon too. We haven't put it together yet as it's too cold outside, but any day soon I look forward to sitting on my "birthday" bench”

Delivery very quick/on time and the product which I'm using for storing maps as well as CD's is just the job and while it takes a while to assemble (it is, of course, a flat-pack product) the instructions are very clear and straightforward.
