The bench I ordered is as described and a good heavy quality and arrived early. The price was competitive with Amazon too. We haven't put it together yet as it's too cold outside, but any day soon I look forward to sitting on my "birthday" bench”

Delivery very quick/on time and the product which I'm using for storing maps as well as CD's is just the job and while it takes a while to assemble (it is, of course, a flat-pack product) the instructions are very clear and straightforward. “Wasn't kept informed as to when sofas were being delivered. Had to ring up to enquire which wasn't easy.
When sofas arrived they were extremely uncomfortable despite the description saying extremely comfortable. 4 people have sat on them all shapes and sizes and all agree uncomfortable. Would never buy again from this company.”
