“The wardrobe is fantastic, requires at least two people to put it together. However, the delivery service should be really improved- I have had it cancelled three times and they tried to blame me. First time I couldn’t do the scheduled delivery as I was not going to be home(first time) and I did advice that I work and can only do after 6PM or a day that I take annual leave. The delivery was scheduled for one day AFTER 6PM, confirmed a day before and then on a day the deiver calls me in the middle of the day that will be at mines in 1-2h. When it was clearly specified to be after 6PM(so cancellation second time). The driver did promise to collect it on a day that I took an anual leave, we agreed times 11-16 o’clock. By 6PM there was nothing delievered and when I called the depot they were surprised I was expecting a parcel, but blamed me for cancelling it for the third time. Absolutely ridiculous. Home Done- you could do better!”

Despite that the delivery driver Robert came when he said he would and was very polite and assembled the product to a fantastic standard

“Great product, looks great and good quality. Delivery much quicker than delivery date. One thing to watch is the delivery date in the text message received was not the British way of writing it which was a little confusing, had to call and double check. Also only delivered to down stairs.”

Pros - good quality & sturdy wardrobe at a decent price
- Fitters did a good job in the installation
Cons - Home Done scheduling information for the actual fitting day is too vague. We were given a 3 week time frame and then very short notice for the actual fitting date. (2 days!)
The order was placed & paid for in January so they had ample time to schedule & inform
Time of arrival on site was again non-specific ie: from 8am to 5pm.
I suggest that at the very least customers could be told either AM or PM - the fitters have their schedule so should have some idea of when they would arrive, morning or afternoon. It would be good to know rather than be stuck in ALL day.
When mentioned to them that we expected them to arrive at around 8am, my wife was met with surly abruptness & response of .." you and everyone else..."
I suppose being from Eastern Europe they have a different attitude to customer service. :(”
“Order never arrived within the estimated delivery dates (still haven’t received) No communication from the company about when it would arrive. They were impossible to get ahold of, no-one answers the phone. Sent me tracking information for someone else’s order including personal information. No compensation or good will offered. Will never use again and issues will likely never get resolved. Do not use.”
