“Dreadful experience. Waited several weeks for an item that was advertised as in stock. Had to phone and email many times to chase my order and felt that customer services were constantly making excuses as to why my order had not been delivered.”
“Home Done have emailed me to review my product- my sofa hasn’t arrived and we are 3 days over the delivery window. I can’t review something I don’t have but the customer services and delivery times deserve a 1 star. Having chased up my order I’ve been told to wait 7-10 days and then contact them if it hasn’t been delivered.”
