It is 7 weeks since the orders and I am still trying to receive my refund of 133 or get the couch I have financed. I finally went to a charity shop to buy a couch because I waited 7 weeks to receive one in my new apartment, so now I’m in an ongoing argument to receive my refund and have no where about of where the couch is or what depot is delivering it. They can’t even give me the name of the depot or the delivery company. FRAUD AND SCAM . And I will continue to slate this company wherever I can because I have never had to deal with this in the UK.”
