“The item I received looks nothing like the photo itās cheap and tacky also. Iām having trouble getting a refund as I put the item together! Isnāt want until I put the item together I see that itās not the same as the photo!!as you can see in the photo screw holes showing down one side, on the web site no screw holes!! All items are being returned Iām not opening the rest of it because I donāt trust what Iv brought! I spent a over Ā£1000 the customer service is shocking and the promise refund itās a lie! Every excuse not to refund you!! NO NOT BUY!”

Thank you for the images. Provided the item is in perfect, resaleable condition and no fitting has been attempted, I can confirm it is eligible for return. Please note a return charge of Ā£189 will incur. Once the item has arrived back, it will be inspected and the order will then be cancelled for a refund less charges.
