“Delivery was not organised to the agreed schedule. I wouldnāt recommend to buy with this company- go direct to the brand manufacturer as the comms from customer service regarding the delivery was inaccurate. I was told a delivery would come on the Saturday waited in all day and no one showed up. The actually company we manufacture the wardrobe was great with the installation but this is separate to HomeDone. Would not from them again as unreliable.”
“We have ordered a bed and was told it was out of stock and offered an alternative bed which was cheaper. I advised that I was happy to wait for the bed I ordered. After chasing a number of times I was informed the bed I ordered was back in stock. The bed I received was the alternative bed offered four weeks prior. Unable to talk to anyone and waiting for the online form to be reviewed.
The two stars is for the delivery man, Yogi who called when he was 10 minutes away as promised.”
“Overall not a good experience. Costumer service very poor, it took me two days to speak to someone. I paid Ā£1200 for something that should not cost more than Ā£400. Poor quality furniture. I ordered white wardrobe and it is white and grey mostly grey. Poor assembly instructions.”

“Package when delivered was damp. Once opened. Top of chest of drawers damaged. I could of got over that but Homedone staff said the replacement item was out for delivery. Even though I knew it was out of stock. When I chased up when it would be delivered they said there'd been an error & we wouldn't receive the item until April. If I knew it was out of stock by simply going on their site why didn't they. I asked for a refund & was told that we'd need to send pictures to show packaging was intact. Bear in mind the packaging was damp on delivery & the item was damaged. Pictures have been sent & awaiting their next demand before I can have a refund.”
“Ordered a wardrobe from Home Done and as with most online furniture companies they donāt give a delivery date when you order just a rough estimate. Didnāt hear anything for about 10 days then was contacted the night before saying my wardrobe would be delivered tomorrow. I had to get the delivery driver to leave the boxes outside as me or my partner could not get time off work at such short notice.
Once I started opening the boxes and got everything out is where I was most dissatisfied, the instructions were vague and none of the pieces are numbered or coded and the wardrobe itself was generally a nightmare to put together you definitely need 2 people and about half a day to do it. Once together it just feels cheap and some parts donāt fit together nicely with uneven gaps around the doors and trims on the front of the wardrobe which fit by gluing what is essentially cardboard into groves and sticking them on. Parts are extremely brittle and will chip or squash on corners very easily, I spent a lot of time trying to adjust the doors to get them to sit nicely with even gaps all round but no matter how I adjust them the gaps around the edges are uneven.
Have definitely learnt a valuable lesson and will never buy furniture like this online again.”

“Not happy with this company, they could not honour my original order, kept me waiting over two wks just to tell me it was out of stock, then a further two wks waiting for it to be in stock, didn't happen so I had to settle for alternative. I went on the web site for " Home Done " and found my original choice was advertised as in stock.š£š£š£š£š£”

“The table arrived with the packaging clearly opened and re sealed, when I opened the box up the table legs were scratched and the rubber feet were missing, I emailed and phoned home done and received no reply. Iāve had to build the table as is with no feet and scratched legs”
“Bought this mattress hoping I would be able to use it on the bed I was also buying but now I have the mattress and no bed. Spare mattress waste of money can't use it as I don't have the bed. The bed on the other hand it never came as even tho it's on the site it's not in stock and no follow ups from homedone either stating when it would be back in stock and delivered”
