“My first order never arrived they said it had been returned to the depot. I decided the quickest way forward was to cancel the order for a full refund and reorder a new one to save confusion/quicker way to get the item. I have now received the item but they have accused me of refusing delivery for the original cancelled item. They are now charging me Ā£38 by deducting it from the refund this is a disgrace and will never use them again. I will also discourage people to use the website I am deeply annoyed with the way I have been ripped off and accused.”
