The website was quick and easy to order from and the free SVS cable with the sub was great. The issue came with delivery when I was sent a delivery confirmation for the sub. I received an email saying that the sub was to be delivered via Royal Mail next day (Saturday) What I received was the free sub cable. When I contacted SVS on the Saturday via phone, it took a few times to get through, I was told that they would look into it and let me know within the next hour. I called back an hour later as I had not heard anything and was told that it had been shipped via DPD and that I would receive it on Monday. I was also told that the system only generates one shipping notification even on split shipments. I had not received an email to confirm this and did not until it arrived. It was a shame that I had to chase my delivery but it arrived on the Monday.

Initial issues with being sent the incorrect item.. After contacting home av direct they informed me that my correct item had actually been sold.. Offered a refund but the guys then offered a different product at a reasonable price so issue was sorted out eventually... Mistakes happen and it was rectified promptly

Allowing purchase online of items that are not in stock is very annoying and avoidable. However, communication and resolution after that were very good. I'm sure the customer service on in stock items is top notch, just better stock controls on the online store needed.

As of yet i have not had the item ordered . Called to make sure it was in stock prior to ordering online , told it was so i ordered it , then got an email later that evening to say it not in stock ...it was a bit miffing. They have been polite and accept that they messed up , so i have rated the review as Acceptable i hope that Home Av feel thats fair. Cheers

Same price as most other retailers. Don’t respond to emails/questions. I’m unsure if item I received was new/ex-demo/customer return and HomeAV haven’t contacted me when asked (pictures show different tape on box, looks like it’s been resealed and there are marks on the unit itself)

Order was made paid for on 30 Dec and delivered on 7 Jan. I contacted the supplier on 5 Jan and was told it was on its way and given a tracking reference which didn't work. The company supplied the item, but it seemed to have no interest my satisfaction.

The online chat help is 5 star. The overall communication is a bit poor. I would like to receive confirmation emails at various stages of the whole process. Also, for some reason my delivery was originally sent to an incorrect address despite the PayPal receipt showing the correct address. Great product and I would use your service again. Your chat team deserves a pay rise🙂

Good products, not great communication, did not get any info to say sale had gone through, then the speaker colour had to be changed as the ones i ordered were not in stock, yet no mention of that when i purchased them.

Long delay in getting half my order despite the listing showing it was all in stock when I purchased. I didn't feel the communication was particulary good either. However, they were good enough to send the bulk of the order which was in stock, early and that arriveed extremely quickly.

Probably not Home AV fault but £1856 for a full sonus set up and no wall bracket. Sonus need to look at that I for one think its ridiculous when you spend nearly £2K on a set up and then have to find an extra £70 for a bracket.

You will already have seen my trust pilot review. Didn’t deliver on day stated, website opening hours incorrect, finally delivered one speaker short only to be mitigated by a delivery from the team on the Tuesday evening which I do appreciate but the prior issues were very disappointing. Best Bob

I ordered an item and received confirmation and a delivery notice by e-mail. I was then contacted to say that the item wasn't in stock and wasn't being delivered. I took a refund, but a bit frustrating to order, pay and then find out it wasn't available.

My isport headphones arrived in good time. Unfortunately there is an issue with the play/pause and volume control function - the volume control does not work.
